1: Season your burgers with SPG on both sides.
2: Grill them hot and fast until the internal temp gets to about 130.
3: Place one or two slices of American cheese on top of the burger for a minute until it has melted.
4: While the burger is resting under foil, butter some brioche buns and toast them on the grill.
5: Assemble your burger with mayo, both beef patties, bacon, grilled onions, an egg, BBQ sauce, and more mayo on the top bun.
