Steak and Chimichurri Pizza

Season your favorite cut of steak with a beef rub, or use salt and pepper.

Grill the steak over charcoal or in a pan until the internal temperature reaches 120 degrees.

Remove the steak and slice it thinly.

Spread chimichurri on the pizza crust, then add mozzarella cheese and sliced steak.

Place the pizza into your oven or back on your grill for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.

Top with more crushed red pepper and serve immediately.
