Delicious smoked meatball sliders made with a blend of ground pork and beef, seasoned and smoked to perfection, then served on King's Hawaiian Sweet Slider Buns with marinara sauce and provolone cheese.
Mix ground pork, ground beef, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian bread crumbs, then form golf ball-sized meatballs.
Place meatballs in smoker at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
Heat marinara sauce on medium heat, then add meatballs to the pan for a few minutes to coat them in sauce.
Add a layer of marinara sauce to King's Hawaiian Sweet Slider Buns, then add meatballs and provolone cheese.
Brush garlic herb butter (butter, parsley, garlic paste) on top of buns, then bake sliders at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.
