A simple, no-wrap method for smoking baby back ribs using a pellet smoker. The ribs are seasoned with a BBQ rub, smoked at different temperatures, and finished with a favorite sauce, resulting in tender, flavorful meat.
Remove the membrane from the ribs.
Season the ribs on all sides with your favorite bbq rub.
Smoke on your pellet smoker at 225 degrees for 2 hours.
Spritz ribs with water or apple juice, turn the temp of the smoker up to 275 degrees and continue smoking for another 2 hours or until the ribs reach 190-200 degrees.
Add your favorite sauce and smoke for another 20 minutes, then remove.
Cut between each bone and serve!
