Delicious meatball sliders made with a layer of marinara sauce, meatballs, and provolone cheese. Topped with garlic and herb butter, these sliders are baked until the cheese melts and the buns are toasted. Enjoy with a side of marinara-coated meatballs!

Instructions

1: Remove the top buns of your sliders and add a thin layer of marinara sauce, one meatball per slider, and provolone cheese.

2: Place the top buns back on and brush on some garlic and herb butter.

3: To finish, place the sliders into your smoker or oven at 350°F for 15 minutes until the cheese has melted through and the tops of the buns have gotten lightly toasted.

4: In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, ground pork, beaten eggs, Italian bread crumbs, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

5: Form golf ball-sized meatballs and place each one into a greased muffin tin.

6: Bake in the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.

7: Next, heat up a jar of marinara on medium heat and place your meatballs into the pan to get them nice and coated for a few minutes.
