Instructions

1: Rub the ribs with a base layer of SPG, followed by The Old Fashion rub.

2: Set the smoker to 225°F and smoke the ribs unwrapped for 3 hours.

3: Spritz the ribs with Jack Daniels and Coca Cola every 30 minutes after the first hour.

4: After 3 hours, double wrap the ribs meat side down with butter, brown sugar, honey, and more rub.

5: Cook wrapped ribs for another hour.
