Enjoy smoked and grilled wings seasoned with an all-purpose BBQ rub and tossed in a delicious honey sriracha garlic sauce. This recipe elevates traditional wings with a unique smoky flavor.
Season your wings with an all-purpose BBQ or chicken rub. You can also add a little cornstarch to help get them crispy.
Place your cherry wood chips in a foil packet and onto the grill on medium high heat. In about 15-20 minutes you should start seeing it smoke.
Place a wire rack over the foil packet and place the wings right on top and smoke until they are 160 degrees.
Remove them off the rack and directly onto the grill grates to get some nice char on both sides.
Remove wings and toss them immediately in the Sriracha honey garlic sauce.
