A delicious recipe for grilled flank steak accompanied by fire roasted salsa made with fresh ingredients such as Roma tomatoes, jalapeños, and lime juice.
Use an oil binder and coat your flank steak. Then season well with salt, pepper, and garlic.
While the steak is sitting on your cutting board, coat your veggies with oil, salt, and pepper and roast them on your grill.
Blend your salsa using 4 Roma tomatoes, 2 jalapeños, 1 red onion, 1/3 cup of cilantro, and the juice of 2 limes. Also add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
When your steak reaches 135 degrees (medium rare), take it off the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
After slicing the steak, sprinkle a little salt, then add your fire roasted salsa and enjoy.
