Easy garlic knots made from pizza dough, brushed with a garlic butter mixture, and topped with cheeses. Cooked until golden, these knots are perfect for dipping in marinara sauce.
Roll out your pizza dough and cut into 8 sections.
Roll each section into an 8 inch piece and tie a knot.
Place each knot into a 10 inch skillet and leave room in the middle for the marinara sauce.
Add two tablespoons of chopped garlic with a half stick of melted butter and Italian seasoning and mix together to incorporate.
Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the knots.
Sprinkle on some Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Place the skillet into your oven or smoker at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Brush on more garlic butter once they are finished and while still hot.
