This viral Chicken Alfredo garlic bread features grilled chicken thighs, a buttery garlic herb spread, and a creamy sauce made with heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, all melted together with shredded mozzarella on toasted bread. A definite winner for any meal!

Instructions

1: Season 4 chicken thighs with all purpose poultry rub.

2: Grill over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through then chop.

3: Cut the bread in half and combine one stick of butter with 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes.

4: Spread that mixture onto the bread and toast for 5-10 minutes at 350°F.

5: Use the same pan used for the chicken and add 4 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic to sauté on low heat.

6: Add 0.5 cup of heavy cream, 4 ounces of Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, along with a bit of the same poultry seasoning.

7: Once that thickens up, spread the sauce to the bottom of the bread, followed by the chicken and shredded mozzarella.

8: Place back into the oven at 350°F for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is toasted.

9: Slice and serve immediately.
